Ways to Stay

  • In a Yurt.

    YURTS - 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS

Our Yurt sites are all located within the footprint of Fort Scammel, built on granite cannon foundations, giving an unrivaled experience for our guests. Each yurt has a queen bed and a twin daybed with a trundle underneath, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Yurts are fully furnished and include fresh drinking water, a solar power pack for plugging in and charging accessories, and lanterns for lighting at night. Adirondack chairs are provided for relaxation in your private yard. Shared bathrooms and our community kitchen are not far away. The yurts have a private feel and are a bit quieter than the tent cabins, both because of the earthen berms that surround them and because they have lightly insulated walls.

  • In a Tent Cabin.

    TENTS - 1 QUEEN, 1 TWIN*

Our Tent sites are all located along the northern perimeter of Fort Scammel, tucked into the natural and human-made elements of this naturally vegetated coastal landscape. Our charming canvas tents have an airy, elevated feel. Each tent has a queen bed and a twin daybed* providing sleeping accommodations for up to 3 guests. Tents are fully furnished and include fresh drinking water, a solar power pack for plugging in and charging accessories, and lanterns for lighting at night. Adirondack chairs are provided for relaxation on your private covered deck. The tents are not far from our bathrooms, and just a two-minute walk to two of our beautiful beaches.
